Kids Boot Camp Class W/ Mrs.Vicky

Kids ONLY class from 3:30-4:15pm. Great Class to keep your kids active. Class will Begin June 4 and end June 27. Class is held every Tue. & Thur.

Boot-Camp W/Kate @ 9:30am

Boot Camp will be a cross training work out. It will include a warm up, work out and cool down. Class will be based on cardio and weights mixed together.

Body Pump Training W/Brittney @ 9:30am

Body Pump is a 50-60 min work out targeting a variation of  different muscle groups for 5 minutes each. each class starts with a 5 min warm up, 5 min leg routine, 5min back, 5 min biceps, 5min triceps, 5 min chest, 5 min shoulders, 5min core, 5 min cool down

Spin Class W/Larri @ 9:30am

Spin Class will be 45 Min Long and will take place on the Bike. Spin class is a cardio bases work out. Most clients burn 300-600 Calories during the 45 min Duration

Yoga with Ariel @ 10:30am

Beginner yoga class with Ariel. Class will be one hour long. We will be releasing and opening up all different types of Muscles. Bring your own matt if you'd like. This class is open to anyone in the community not only pure fitness members. Drop in fee for this class is $15.00

STEP AEROBICS W/MACHELE @ 9:30am

This class is a cardio bases work out using a box. most movements are done with the box. class will be 40 min long.






Pure Fitness opened at 105 East South Street in October 2017. It offers boot camp-style group fitness classes as well as personal training for those interested in a one-on-one session with a fitness instructor. Pure Fitness has now added new classes including PiYo, Stretching Class, Indoor Cycling, and Circuit Training.

 You can now start booking classes with the Mind Body App offered By Pure Fitness or feel free to stop in and visit us at 105 East South Street.

Our Classes


Boot Camp Classes

Our Boot Camp classes cover many areas of fitness including: cardiorespiratory, endurance, stamina, strength, power, flexibility, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. These workouts are randomized and can include any of these combinations.

Each class will include a warm up, instruction and demonstration, workout, and a stretch.

PiYo  Classes

PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. 

It is a pre-designed class that will really get your heart rate going as it features various styles of yoga and Pilates in continuous movement and flow from one exercise to another

Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling, commonly called spinning, is an organized activity, a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle. Indoor cycling also strengthens the muscles of the lower body. It tones the quadriceps and hamstrings, along with working the back and hips. 

Stretch Class

Renew your mind body and muscles with a 45 Minute stretch session, Stretching is a great way to release stress and gain flexibility. Stretching is considered to be a low-impact activity that can provide the same benefits as "any well-designed exercise program, increasing general health and stamina, and improving those conditions brought about by sedentary lifestyles. 

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. 

Each Circuit work out ranges from 40-50 minutes long before beginning a circuit class we warm up each individual with a short walk/jog or on the rower.



Personal Training

Personal Training is offered to those seeking one-on-one training or a small group training with 2-5 members. This ensures that the gym is closed for only you or your small group.

Here are some key reasons why a personal trainer may be needed:

  • Assistance with Movements and Techniques 
  • Food Programming
  • Safety


The fee for personal training  is $30.00 per one hour, single-person session.

Group session fees are $15.00 per person for a one hour session, limited to 2-5 people.  

Shadow Boxing 

 Shadow Boxing will be a cardio whole body work out. Fundamentals will be shown to the clients the first two weeks and then we will start to pick up that pace as we get into some intense cardio combinations of the martial arts world combined with everyday body weight movements. This work out will burn between 400-600 calories in the 45-60 min. class. workout will include warm up, whole body work out and cool down.


BODY PUMP 

 using light to moderate weight body pump gives you a full body work out that will burn up to 500 calories. Body Pump requires you to work each body part for 5 Min
  • 5 min warm up
  • 5 min legs
  • 5 min back
  • 5 min biceps
  • 5 min triceps
  • 5 min chest
  • 5 min core
  • 5 min cool down

 Each body pump class at pure fitness will range from 45-60 min
